The Company was incorporated on 13th December, 2013 as a private limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956. Consequent upon conversion into public limited dated 29th June,2017, the name of our Company was changed to ” Mehai Technology Limited  “.
The company is engaged in mainly three different product lines, all three product lines are very much in demand and which is supposed with grow manifolds along with time.
  1. LED LIGHTSLED lights is present and future of lighting, with almost all governments promoting the use of LED lights, making consumer more aware of advantages of LED Lights, the market is going to keep on increasing in coming years. We are keen to develop a product line which is to compete with high brands, our effort is to provide user a better quality as compared to big brands with a competitive price. We plan to keep introducing new products as market grows and user demand / taste changes. We sell products online directly to end user to keep us more updated with changing market demands / trends. This helps us to keep in competition with price / quality / assortment of our product range
  2. USB PEN DRIVESUSB Pen drives is a ever growing market, as operating system and graphics / gaming industry is becoming more memory hungry, the demand of storage devices is going to increase significantly over time. with Anti dumping duties in place for USB Pen drives against china / taiwan. the focus on Indian manufacturing is going to change for good. We are keen to cash on this opportunity with our strong network of suppliers abroad and our research team. we soon will be in position to start producing USB Pen drives in Chennai.
  3. POWER BANKSMobile power bank , with increasing demand of internet savvy mobile phones, the power is going to be in huge demand for mobile phones. thus makings mobile power banks another very good product and with a very goods future outlook. we have done trial sales on online portals, our products were liked by end users and we are having a strong feedback, using which we are now in process of starting making / assembling power banks soon in India. our inhouse making capabilities will make us more compatitive and also will let us have a better control on quality.
FUTURE OUTLOOK OF THE COMPANY
  1. LED LIGHTSWe are in process of launching IC based LED bulbs soon, this will better place our brand amongst reputed LED lighting manufacturers. The new development of 6W Downlight will soon be finished, this is a good selling product in retail consumer market. the research is ongoing for soon launching Street lights, we wish to develop our own drivers and PCB, Import good quality street light housing. our main focus will be to be able to provide a better quality street light without making the prices too high, thus making us a important player in street light markets. LED tube light market in middle level market is flooded with plastic housing, we are very soon introducing new models in Aluminium housing LED tubes, which will be powder coated for better looks and will be placed under same price brackets as the plastic housing tube lights being sold in market. Thus we hope to capture a much bigger market share as compared to present times.
  2. USB PEN DRIVESCurrently we are engaged in Trading / Assembly of USB Pen drives, R&D is going on for us to soon being able to manufacture USB pen drives. The core design including PCB and components is in almost final stages, we hope to soon start making USB pen drives in house to make us the first manufacturers in south India for Pen drives.
  3. POWER BANKWe had done some small batches of power banks in past, and had a very encouraging feedback from our end users. we are now in process to properly start manufacturing / assembling power banks in India. our main focus will be to provide better power capacity without charging high prices. the machines required for this are already imported and the trials are being done. the product is expected to be launched within this financial year.
 The company is planning to list the company on BSE SME platform and may be filling DRHP very soon .
